Here’s how a project runs with us, what we need from you and what ends up on the invoice.
Process
In the first conversation we clarify goals, scope and timeline. We can do it by phone, by video or at your place in and around Nuremberg, and it costs nothing. If a simpler or cheaper option will do, we’ll say so.
The quote sets out exactly what we’ll build, what it costs and when it will be ready. For larger software projects we write a short concept first, so we both mean the same thing.
You can see the current state at any time on a preview address. Designs, code and first drafts of text are made with the help of AI, and we check and rework every result by hand. We build your feedback in as we go.
We set up the domain, HTTPS and redirects, test on real devices and go live. You get all the logins and a short set of documentation. If you like, we keep looking after your website.

A rough estimate based on the figures above. It assumes text and images arrive on time and the quote is approved promptly. Public holidays are not included.
Pricing
Because AI takes a lot of work off our hands, we can offer websites at fixed prices. Anything that doesn’t fit a package gets its own quote.

We host your website for €8.99 a month. For small changes along the way you can add Tweak. You can cancel either one monthly. More about hosting and Tweak

Whichever package you choose, these are always part of it at no extra cost.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and once you’ve paid you get all the logins and the source code. Even if we handle the hosting, you can move with all your files at any time.
For us AI is a tool, like a good code editor. It helps with layout drafts, coding and first drafts of text. We handle the concept, the design and the checking. We only put confidential data into AI tools with your consent. For you this means your project is finished sooner and costs less.
Usually half when you place the order and the other half on acceptance, which is normally at launch. For larger software projects we invoice in stages, which are set out in the quote.
We handle small adjustments in the rounds of revisions. If new requests come up, we tell you beforehand what they will cost. You decide whether we do them straight away or later.
No. We’re happy to visit in Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen. All other projects run by phone and video, anywhere in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
