Privacy Policy
We process as little personal data on this website as possible. This page explains which data that is, why we need it and what rights you have.
This English version is provided for information only. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
MH Vertriebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Kirchenweg 13a, 90419 Nürnberg
Represented by: Markus Hufnagel

2. Key points at a glance
- This website sets no cookies. Only if you pause the animations or switch between light and dark mode yourself does your browser remember that setting (see section 6).
- We use no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks.
- When you arrive from outside the website, we send you to the German or English version based on your browser’s language setting. Your browser sends this information anyway; we only evaluate it at that moment and do not store it.
- Fonts, images and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server. No content from Google, social networks or other third parties is embedded.
- We only process personal data when you visit the website (technically necessary server log files) or when you contact us.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by the following provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. We have concluded a data processing agreement with this provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union.
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files):
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested and amount of data transferred
- status code of the response (e.g. “found” or “not found”)
- previously visited page (referrer), if your browser transmits it
- browser type and operating system
We need this data to deliver the website, to keep it stable and secure and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless they are needed for longer to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Encryption
The connection to this website is encrypted using TLS. You can recognise this by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. This means that data you send to us, for example via the contact form, cannot be read by third parties.
5. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide. In the contact form, this is:
- name and email address (required)
- company, phone number and budget range (optional)
- the selected topic and your message
We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The information from the form is sent to us by email. To send and store emails, we use: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. We have also concluded a data processing agreement with this provider. We do not send an automatic confirmation to the email address entered.
Protection against misuse: To prevent automated mass submissions, we store a hash of your IP address, generated with a secret key, together with the time when you submit the form. The IP address cannot be derived from this hash. It is used only to limit the number of submissions per hour and is deleted automatically once it is older than 24 hours and the form is accessed again. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, spam-free means of contact (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use services such as Google reCAPTCHA.
We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with in full, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply. If a contract is concluded, we keep business correspondence for up to six or ten years, as required by German commercial and tax law (German Commercial Code, HGB, and Fiscal Code, AO).
Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your name, email address and message we cannot process your enquiry via the form.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies.
If you pause or restart the animations using the button at the bottom left, or switch between light and dark mode at the top, we save this choice in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, entries “hufnex-motion” and “hufnex-theme”), so that the setting is kept the next time you visit. The entries only contain “on”/“off” or “light”/“dark”, never leave your device and are not transmitted to us. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
This storage is strictly necessary to provide a function you have expressly requested. Consent is therefore not required under Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz, TDDDG), and we do not show a cookie banner. Beyond this, the website does not access information on your device.
We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services and do not transfer any data to countries outside the European Union.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, simply contact datenschutz@hufnex.dev.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
8. Other information
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here at any given time applies.
